The Libya National team crises has reach its crescendo with the report of their Head coach quiting his job just 4 days to the 1st leg of a doubleheader encounter against the Super Eagles of Nigeria. The embattled coach, Adel Amrouche left the training camp in Tunisia amidst different reports.  In one report, it claims that a section of the senior figure in the National team were pressing for the sacking of the Belgian-Algerian coach due to what they called "random coaching." Other sources close to the Libya Football Federation's Chairman Jamal Al-Jaafari denied such a request, saying Amrouche was upset at the delay of his salary payment and he went to Tunisia to solve the issue. However, the man in the centre of the controversy has come out to clear the air.
